Take a good look at Proto's public profile. See how her face is clearly shown as her avatar? This is really important because our goal in providing these profile tools is to help all of us get a good idea of what each of us looks like. A large number of our citizenry know each other in the default world. But each year, about 20-30% of the campers are either new to the burn or joining us through friendships or relationships with others in the camp, so we create a yearbook to help with introductions. Ana did an excellent job putting this together!
You'll also notice on your profile that you have the option to add a gallery of images of you, your world, your costumes, how you have fun, or whatever else you wish to share to help others get to know you better before they meet you in person. There is room for up to 10 images you can choose, and some of them may be included in the final yearbook with your beautiful face.
All of this goes towards our goal to help everyone in camp have a clear idea of what they are in for on the Playa.
